Therapy with Bethany
Counselling & Therapy

About Me
Hello, my name is Beth (she/her).
I moved to York in 2022, having lived in London for eight years.

I worked as a Support Worker
there, before qualifying as a person-centred Therapist and Counsellor.

My practice is gender-affirming, and trauma-informed.

My Approach
I am a BACP registered Person-Centred therapist. This means that I prioritise your needs, thoughts, and feelings when informing our work together.
I am here to understand you, to offer you a non-judgemental space to explore your feelings, and to support you as you navigate your lived experiences.

Sessions
I offer 50 minute
one-to-one sessions that can
be in-person or online.

Sessions are £50.
I do offer a limited number of concessionary spaces for those whose circumstances would benefit from a reduced cost.
In-person sessions have step-free access.
